
🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 jar dill pickle slices (or spears, drained & patted dry)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal (for extra crunch)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (or buttermilk)
- Oil (for frying)
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep:
- Drain pickles and dry them well with paper towels (very important for crispiness!).
2. Make Batter:
- In one bowl: mix flour, cornmeal, and spices.
- In another bowl: whisk eggs with milk.
3. Coat:
- Dip each pickle slice in the egg mixture.
- Then coat in the flour mixture.
- For extra crunch: repeat dipping again.
4. Fry:
- Heat oil to about 180°C (350°F).
- Fry pickles in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and place on paper towels.
🥣 Dipping Sauce (Easy):
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
