
🛒 Ingredients:
For the Beef:
- 400–500g beef (sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp oil
For the Sauce:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup beef broth or water
- 1 tsp cornstarch (for thickening)
Vegetables:
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (optional, sliced)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Marinate the Beef:
- Mix beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil.
- Let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
2. Cook the Beef:
- Heat oil in a pan or wok over high heat.
- Stir-fry beef quickly (2–3 minutes) until browned.
- Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the Vegetables:
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger.
- Add onions and bell peppers.
- Stir-fry until slightly tender but still crisp.
4. Add Sauce:
- Mix all sauce ingredients and pour into the pan.
- Bring to a simmer.
5. Combine:
- Return beef to the pan.
- Stir everything together until the sauce thickens (2–3 minutes).
