  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or almond milk)
  • ½ cup yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice (if using fresh fruit)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add banana, peaches, milk, and yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add honey and vanilla, then blend again.
  4. Toss in ice and blend until creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
