🥘 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweet crêpes)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the Batter

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together
  • Add flour, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla
  • Mix until smooth and thin (like heavy cream)
  • Let batter rest for 10–15 minutes (important for soft crêpes!)

2. Cook the Crêpes

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease
  • Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan
  • Tilt the pan to spread it thin
  • Cook for 1–2 minutes, then flip
  • Cook another 30–60 seconds

3. Serve

Fold or roll and fill with your favorites 😋
