1. Make the Batter

2. Cook the Crêpes
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease
- Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan
- Tilt the pan to spread it thin
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, then flip
- Cook another 30–60 seconds
