- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 small carrot, finely grated
- 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Fold in grated carrot, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until creamy.
- Serve on bread, crackers, or as a dip for veggies.
