- 1 cup heavy cream

- Mix dry & butter
In a bowl, combine the self-rising flour and cold butter. Use a fork or your fingers to mix until it looks like coarse crumbs. - Add cream
Pour in the heavy cream and stir until a soft dough forms. Donβt overmix. - Drop biscuits
Scoop dough with a spoon and drop onto the baking sheet (no need to shape perfectly). - Bake
Bake for 12β15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
