
🛒 Ingredients:
- 500g beef stew meat (cubed)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 2 potatoes (cubed)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp thyme or bay leaf
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Brown the Beef:
- Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and sear until browned on all sides.
2. Build Flavor:
- Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook 1–2 minutes.
3. Add Liquids:
- Pour in beef broth.
- Add spices (paprika, pepper, thyme/bay leaf).
4. Simmer:
- Cover and cook on low heat for 1.5–2 hours until beef is tender.
5. Add Vegetables:
- Add carrots and potatoes.
- Cook another 20–30 minutes until veggies are soft.
