🛒 Ingredients:

  • 500g beef stew meat (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 2 potatoes (cubed)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp thyme or bay leaf

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Brown the Beef:

  • Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
  • Add beef and sear until browned on all sides.

2. Build Flavor:

  • Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  • Stir in tomato paste and cook 1–2 minutes.

3. Add Liquids:

  • Pour in beef broth.
  • Add spices (paprika, pepper, thyme/bay leaf).

4. Simmer:

  • Cover and cook on low heat for 1.5–2 hours until beef is tender.

5. Add Vegetables:

  • Add carrots and potatoes.
  • Cook another 20–30 minutes until veggies are soft.

🍽️ Serve:

Hot and comforting with bread 🍞 or rice 🍚
