🥄 Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Optional sauces:

  • Buffalo sauce
  • BBQ sauce
  • Honey garlic sauce

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the wings

  1. Pat wings completely dry (very important for crispiness).
  2. Toss with baking powder, salt, and all seasonings.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.

2. Bake (healthier method)

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place wings on a wire rack over a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 40–50 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

🔥 OR Fry (extra crispy)

  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry wings for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.

3. Sauce it up

  • Toss hot wings in your favorite sauce or serve on the side.
