- 2 lbs chicken wings

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Buffalo sauce
- BBQ sauce

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the wings
- Pat wings completely dry (very important for crispiness).
- Toss with baking powder, salt, and all seasonings.
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
2. Bake (healthier method)
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place wings on a wire rack over a baking tray.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
🔥 OR Fry (extra crispy)
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry wings for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
3. Sauce it up
- Toss hot wings in your favorite sauce or serve on the side.
